neuri.bots Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026 · Version 0.1 (draft). See also: Privacy notice.
1. Who we are
neuri.bots is a service of Neuri LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Neuri”, “we”). Address: 5818 W Raymond St, Phoenix, AZ 85043, USA. Email: hola@neuri.tech.
These terms apply to the business that signs up (“the business”, “you”). By checking the box at sign-up, or by turning your assistant on, you accept them; we keep the date and the version you accepted.
2. The service
An assistant that answers your customers’ messages on Instagram and Messenger on your behalf: whether an item is still available, prices, delivery and payment options; it holds items with a waitlist, books appointments and takes orders (depending on what you turn on), and tells you by email and in “My assistant” what you need to handle yourself. WhatsApp is on the way: you’ll be able to connect it when it’s ready and we’ll let you know.
- Connecting Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp depends on Meta’s approval. Until Meta grants it, the assistant can’t reply on those networks.
- The assistant answers with what you give us: your catalog or menu sheet, hours, delivery, payments and answers. It doesn’t make up what isn’t there: it hands it to you. What fixed rules can’t handle is written by Anthropic’s Claude model using your data.
- By default, the first reply to each person says it’s your automated assistant; your customers can always ask to talk to you.
- Neuri is a software provider. We are not a party to the sales, appointments or orders between your business and your customers, and we don’t receive their payments.
3. Your account and how you sign in
- You open “My assistant” with signed links sent to your email that expire; if one expired, you ask for a new one on the same page. Whoever controls your email controls your account: keep it safe.
- Before turning your assistant on, you test it with a code from your personal account. You decide when to turn it on and can pause it whenever you want.
- If you connect an AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) with the
sd.neuri.tech/mcp connector, you sign in with your email and a 6-digit code; what that assistant reads or writes goes through that provider under its own terms, and you can revoke its access at any time.
- Tell us right away at hola@neuri.tech if you think someone got in without permission.
4. Trial, plans and billing
- First month free (30 days) and free setup for the first 10 businesses, no card. Near the end we email you to add your card; nothing is charged before the trial ends.
- Plans: Basic US$49 a month and Pro US$69 a month; in pesos, Basic $899 MXN and Pro $1,299 MXN. What each plan includes and current prices are at neuri.tech/en/still-available. Taxes: [Pending with accountant: US sales tax and whether peso prices include IVA]
- Billed monthly in advance through Stripe; Neuri never sees or stores your card number. You change your card in Stripe’s portal and your plan (Basic ↔ Pro) from “Your plan”, prorated by Stripe.
- If a payment fails, we email you a link to update your card. If it still can’t be charged after 5 days, your assistant pauses (nothing is deleted) and turns back on by itself once you pay.
- Referrals: if someone signs up with your link and turns their assistant on, you both get a free month (if you already pay, it’s credited as a balance in Stripe).
- Special offers we give in writing take precedence over this section.
5. What the business is responsible for
- Keeping your catalog, prices, hours, delivery and answers current and true: the assistant replies with them. Review what it says and fix it from “My assistant”.
- Following Meta’s rules (Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp), including its commerce and messaging policies, and giving your customers your own privacy notice when the law requires it. For your customers’ data you are the controller and Neuri acts as processor (details in the Privacy notice).
- Delivering what you sell, collecting payment and invoicing it. Deposits and payments go to you, through your own links or accounts; issuing invoices and paying taxes is up to you.
- Holding the rights to the photos, text and brands you give us.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use neuri.bots to sell illegal or stolen items or items Meta prohibits, send unwanted or bulk messages, mislead your customers, impersonate someone, ask for sensitive data by chat, try to access other businesses’ data, or overload or attack the service. We may pause an account that does, with notice when possible.
7. Availability
We do what’s reasonable to keep the service running (automatic monitoring and 7 daily copies of account data), but there may be interruptions, and Meta, Anthropic or Google may change or limit their services. An automated assistant can make mistakes: if something matters (a special price, a delivery, an appointment), confirm it yourself.
8. Canceling and deleting your data
- You cancel yourself from “My assistant”. The assistant keeps running until the end of the paid month (or turns off today if no paid period is ahead) and you can undo it before that day. No refunds for partial periods, unless applicable law says otherwise.
- You can download your data anytime from “My assistant”. After canceling, you can delete everything from there: sign-up, settings, message log, appointments, orders and connections (we unsubscribe the app from your Page, Instagram and WhatsApp). Only one anonymous line remains for accounting. [Pending: automatic deletion period for canceled accounts that are never deleted]
- The message log deletes itself after 90 days.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Neuri’s total liability for any claim is limited to what the business paid Neuri in the 12 months before the claim, and Neuri isn’t liable for lost sales or for what the assistant answered with data the business provided or didn’t update. None of this limits rights the law doesn’t allow you to waive. [Pending legal review: liability cap and its validity under Mexican consumer law]
10. Changes
We’ll email you at least 30 days before any important change to these terms or to prices. If you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
[Pending legal review: Arizona law and Maricopa County courts for US businesses; for businesses in Mexico, whether to use Mexican law and courts.]
