How to delete your data

1. Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → “Neuri” → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → “Neuri” → Remove.

Meta notifies us automatically: we delete that account’s token and connections and give you a code to check the deletion status.

2. From the product

• neuri.bots: in “My assistant” → “Disconnect”; to delete everything, “Delete my data”.
• Neuri Marketing: in your dashboard → “Your data” → “Delete my data”.
• neuri.bazar: in your account → “Delete my data”.
• neuri.consulting: in the portal → “Your data and privacy” → “Request deletion”.

3. By email

Email hola@neuri.tech with the subject “Delete my data” from your account email, or tell us which Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected.

What we delete and when

• Meta access tokens: immediately.
• Messages, comments, insights, content and account data: within 30 days. We confirm by email.
• We only keep what the law requires, such as payment records.
